Director, Risk Strategy & Analytics

• Lead risk strategy initiatives to scale the business and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with leaders across various departments to advance fraud and risk priorities.
• Serve as the lead on cross-functional fraud project management and execution.
• Manage fraud operational costs efficiently.
• Execute responsibilities with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• Provide valuable analytical and qualitative insights on fraud and risk.

• 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce fraud and payments environment.
• Strong industry knowledge and understanding of current fraud prevention tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and some programming language required.
• Experience in Customer Service and valuing customer experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow stringent processes and regulations.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to quickly grasp concepts.
• Highly organized ability to work within a team environment.
• Proficiency working with web browsers and web-based tools.

Pay range: $141K - $177K
