Eligibility Operations Manager

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Development, Member Outreach, Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Support, Revenue Cycle, and Analytics to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience.
• Own client eligibility file setup, ongoing monitoring, and accuracy including file processing and issue resolution.
• Own client QA processes ensuring accuracy and on-time launches.
• Document client business requirements and serve as liaison with internal and external technical teams.
• Lead client conversations about data integrations, configuration requirements, member workflows, and benefit design during pre-sales scoping and implementation discussions.
• Identify and escalate risks to a successful implementation and delivery or ongoing partnership, pivoting to ensure bottlenecks are addressed in a timely manner.

• 8+ years of experience in an analytics, implementation, client services, or operations role at a healthcare services or technology company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and evaluating potential solutions with intrinsic motivation to move work forward.
• Working knowledge of eligibility file import ETLs and healthcare file formats such as 834 or HL7.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or PostgresSQL.
• Working knowledge of SSO technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Masters in Science, Technology, or Operations field is a plus.

Pay range: $130K - $160K
