Event Operations and Logistics Manager

• Own the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of high-impact external events.
• Successfully lead planning and execution for 3 large-scale external conferences.
• Execute 6 medium-small scale external events, staying on budget and maintaining high attendee satisfaction.
• Create a repeatable events playbook including vendor lists and timelines.
• Plan and execute CoinTracker’s presence at crypto conferences including booth logistics and side-events.
• Partner with various teams to deliver high-impact activations and relationship-building events.
• Build scalable event systems and operational processes to ensure smooth execution and consistent ROI across all events.

• 6–8 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management, preferably within tech, fintech, or crypto industries.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple mid-to-large-scale events end-to-end.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of operational excellence.
• Communicates clearly and proactively with cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrates composure under pressure and sound judgment in fast-changing environments.
• High EQ with the ability to represent CoinTracker confidently to external partners.
• Curious and growth-minded, seeks feedback and continuously improves event systems.
• Works effectively in a remote, async environment and is available for in-person events.

Pay range: $129K - $144K
