  • Manage daily calendars and travel, solving complex scheduling situations
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, track action items
  • Communicate on behalf of Sales Leadership internally and externally
  • Support C-level leaders and business rhythms in collaboration
  • Execute special projects, assist in event project management
  • Anticipate leaders' needs, streamline workflows
  • Triage incoming issues, determine urgency and action
  • Maintain records and files, manage CRM data
  • Process and reconcile expenses accurately
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously
  • Build strong relationships, maintain credibility and trust

Experience

  • 3+ years experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant in a tech environment
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated team player with ability to influence outcomes
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & relevant software
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Sales Leaders is required

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $70K - $110K
