Executive Business Administrator, People

- Support and partner closely with four People Group executives while flexing to shifting priorities across their teams.
- Own and proactively manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and non-US travel end to end, including transportation, lodging, visas, and documentation.
- Plan and execute events such as team off-sites, large meetings, and company kick-offs.
- Support the full recruiting lifecycle for the People Group by scheduling interviews and organizing onboarding activities.
- Compile and submit timely, accurate expense reports and support related processes such as purchase orders.
- Provide coverage and backup for other Executive Business Administrators, sharing best practices.
- Run and lead special projects and ad hoc initiatives for People Group executives.
Experience
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, ideally partnering with People, Product, or Engineering leaders.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Navan, and related tools.
- Ability to manage complex, frequently changing calendars and travel across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrated experience working independently, prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and anticipating executive needs.
- History of building strong, collaborative relationships across teams.
- Experience supporting recruiting activities, including coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Openness to working in an all-remote, distributed environment.
