Lead the development and execution of global procurement strategies tailored for a high-growth SaaS environment.
Build and execute a global procurement operating model across geographies.
Apply an AI-first mindset to procurement and vendor-risk frameworks.
Manage and optimize strategic relationships with key suppliers and software vendors.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of procurement software solutions.
Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Travel & Expense (T&E) function.
Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition approval to ongoing supplier management.
Establish and refine global procurement policies, controls, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Partner with Finance and executive team to create and manage procurement budgets.
Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, financial, regulatory, and internal standards.
Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, Security, and business leaders to align procurement initiatives with enterprise goals.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.
Proven track record of managing global procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and spend across multiple countries or regions.
Demonstrated success driving organizations toward IPO and/or SOX readiness in high-growth SaaS environments.
Deep understanding of procurement technology and spend-management systems.
Extensive experience implementing and managing global Travel & Expense programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated experience building, leading, and mentoring globally-distributed teams.
Strong ability to analyze complex procurement data, negotiate commercial terms, and drive process improvements.
Exceptional attention to detail in contract management, software licensing, compliance, supplier risk, and commercial terms.
