Beamery’s Value Engineering practice is a team of strategy consultants and industry experts driving Beamery’s growth and success throughout the customer’s journey with Beamery. We collaborate extensively with senior business executives at prospects and customers to identify business challenges, to align investments with strategic objectives of the prospect or customer company and to create cases for change and roadmaps for success.

What will you be doing at Beamery?

  • Collaborate across Sales and Customer Success and with Product, Marketing and other teams to successfully define and measure Beamery’s value proposition and delivery to grow Beamery’s new and existing customer base.
  • Ensure all customer solutions and offers are value proposition-led, with a high level of service which is sustainable, differentiated and provides Beamery a competitive advantage and roadmap for long-term customer value realization and success.
  • Continuously evolve a scalable, enterprise discipline for Beamery’s Value Engineering practice. Evolve metrics reporting and measurement to provide actionable insight on Value Engineering outcomes, capacity, people, and process.
  • Lead, mentor, grow and develop the Beamery Value Engineering team to execute the established enterprise strategy.
  • Support growth efforts in a variety of manners as Beamery’s business evolves.
  • Engage with customer and prospect senior leadership teams
  • Contribute to sales and customer success enablement
  • Partner with sales, solutions and customer success teams to use expertise during the sales, expansion and renewal processes
  • Partner with Marketing to develop case studies and other collateral to showcase our capabilities
  • Foster collaboration across Beamery to share best practices, increase visibility of assets, team, capabilities and services offerings
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of the standard operations processes in place as well as that of the industry, domain and competition to improve the way we deliver Value Engineering
  • You are an entrepreneurial, hands on leader


  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, finance, business development, corporate strategy, project management, pre-sales, value engineering, sales, or other related roles
  • A proven track record of building and scaling high performance geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines up to C-level within the organization.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and delivering customer value programs that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Deeply curious about businesses, highly motivated to make an impact on prospects/customers, and keen interest in leveraging technology to solve business problems
  • Strong consulting skill-set structuring, investigation/discovery, modelling and crafting logical impactful presentations.
  • Understanding of enterprise software sales dynamics and ability to think strategically about driving software evaluation projects forward
  • You bring out the best in everyone around you – you lead high performing teams and are known for achieving results through others. People love working for and with you.
  • You have experience creating positive partnerships with cross-functional teams, such as product management, sales, professional services, support and marketing.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition, Human Capital Management, Business Intelligence, or ERP applications is a definite bonus.
  • Deep curiosity about business, highly motivated to have a tangible impact on prospects and customers, and broadly interested in leveraging technology to solve business problems.
