HR Internal Communications Director

• Drive planning, strategy, and execution of the People team’s internal communications program.
• Manage the editorial calendar of People team news and stories.
• Create a compelling umbrella brand for the People team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer.
• Drive special projects across the G&A functions.
• Advise and build strong relationships with the People Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• 12+ years’ experience in internal communications or corporate communications with 5+ years HR communications experience.

Pay range: $167K - $246K
