HR People Partner (Maryland / Virginia)

• Serve as the primary People & Culture advisor for assigned facilities, ensuring mission alignment.
• Coach managers to lead with empathy and accountability.
• Use data-driven insights for engagement and workforce planning.
• Partner with regional leaders for workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Lead hiring strategy for cultural and quality fit.
• Create proactive talent pipelines.
• Act as the subject matter expert on behavioral health regulations and employment law.
• Lead investigations into employee relations matters.
• Use business metrics and analytics to diagnose and drive people strategy.

• 3+ years in HR with experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Fluency in employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Ability to navigate complex ER situations and drive change.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.

Pay range: $70K - $80K
