Responsibilities

• Trade U.S. equities and equity options using firm capital
  
• Apply your own strategies or adapt firm-approved ones
  
• Manage risk within structured limits

• Participate in optional coaching calls and educational sessions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience trading stocks, options, or managing personal investments (preferred)
  
• Familiarity with platforms like Thinkorswim or Interactive Brokers
  
• Strong discipline, self-direction, and a risk management mindset
  
• Analytical and strategic thinking
  
• Stable internet connection and quiet trading environment
