Use critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to translate business objectives into solutions around audience segmentation, multi-touch attribution, and journey orchestration.
Produce model-driven solutions using techniques in regression and classification.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and execute cross-functional solutions.
Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
Articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Aggregate and analyze disparate datasets to deliver actionable insights.
Decide between developing custom modeling frameworks or using out-of-the-box solutions.
Contribute to a collaborative data science team through brainstorming and peer reviews.
Keep up to date with advances in the field and champion new methods.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus.
7+ years in digital marketing consulting and analytics, with 3+ years in machine learning.
Experience building machine learning solutions in a cloud stack (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Depth of knowledge in digital marketing data including channels such as paid media and web analytics.
Advanced SQL skills.
High proficiency in Python and data science toolkits like Sklearn or Tensorflow.
Some experience with data visualization and productionizing ML systems.
