Lead Partnerships Manager, Data & Risk

• Own and scale a portfolio of high-impact partnerships supporting Dave’s risk, data, and financial infrastructure.
• Work closely with various departments to identify partnership opportunities, lead evaluations, and manage partnerships.
• Understand Dave’s products and translate that into a partnerships strategy.
• Evaluate new partners for commercial fit, data quality, and risk impact.
• Build scorecards for partner accountability including service levels and data reliability.
• Run partnerships end to end from sourcing to post-launch performance.
• Lead partner governance and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships with senior leaders of partner organizations.

• 8+ years in fintech partnerships or product strategy.
• Strong product sense with experience in improving product outcomes.
• Commercial and analytical instincts with experience in business cases and financial models.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex partner relationships.
• Ability to lead across multiple departments.
• Clear communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Good judgment regarding member experience and regulatory sensitivity.
• Bias toward action and high ownership of responsibilities.

Pay range: $158K - $204K
