Manager, Account Managers

• Lead a team of 8–10 Account Manager sellers.
• Enable success through regular deal coaching, mentorship, and executive alignment.
• Help Account Managers establish senior points of contact within their book to drive account health and upsell.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants and technical resources.
• Focus on value selling and building effective business cases that demonstrate ROI.
• Refine and implement processes in partnership with leadership peers.
• Teach Account Managers to act as the CEO of their business, executing a territory plan and exceeding quota.

• 2+ years of outstanding results leading team(s) at sales organizations.
• Results-driven coach, mentor, and role model.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
• Experience in a closing role prior to leadership.
• Managing existing customers and their renewals.
• Experience in a solution sale requiring multiple stakeholder sign-off.
• Helping teams develop business cases and ROI documentation.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and 6sense.

Pay range: $200K - $250K
