Marketing Analytics Specialist

• Own Webflow’s website analytics—bringing clarity to how people discover, engage, and convert through Google Analytics, Amplitude, and other tools.
• Turn complex data into simple, actionable insights that help marketing, growth, and web teams level up performance.
• Manage quick-turn data requests, delivering the right metrics and context to drive confident decisions.
• Build dashboards and reporting that make data easy to explore and fun to use.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to keep our tracking clean, consistent, and scalable.
• Help shape how Webflow measures marketing impact—and tell the story of how our work drives business growth.

• BS / BA college degree or 2-4 years of relevant marketing analytics experience
• High comfort level using SFDC and Google Analytics in a professional setting
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, Snowflake, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to dig into data to find insights that others might miss.
• Translate numbers into stories that inspire action.
• Balance curiosity with precision—care about getting the details right but never lose sight of the big picture.
• Enjoy working cross-functionally and making data accessible to everyone, not just analysts.
• Excited by a fast-moving, collaborative environment where no two days look the same.
• Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.

Pay range: $91K - $133K
