People Operations Lead

• Serve as Seer's People Partner (HRBP) across all business units, acting as a trusted advocate for your stakeholders.
• Handle complex employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, medical accommodations, leave cases, and legal partnerships.
• Lead and project manage organization-wide people initiatives.
• Own learning & development and manager enablement programs.
• Lead bi-annual performance calibrations across business units.
• Manage and develop the People Operations Team.
• Champion culture and engagement within the organization.
• Innovate through AI and tooling to streamline people workflows.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance people components with organizational needs.
• In-depth people and organizational insight to address potential conflicts early.

Pay range: $100K - $115K

• Total compensation for this role is $100,000-115,000
• Evaluations of compensation at least once a year.
