Pricing and Packaging Insights Lead

• Design and lead the organization's approach to field research; establish methodology for surfacing pricing and packaging signal from the field.
• Serve as the principal authority for distinguishing isolated anecdotes from repeatable, structural signal across various teams.
• Translate field feedback into strategic themes and hypotheses that shape long-term pricing and packaging direction.
• Evaluate and recommend decisions regarding pricing and packaging.
• Develop decision materials that serve as authoritative references for executive and senior leadership.
• Partner with various departments to influence and contribute to strategy.
• Identify systemic risks in current models and influence future policy to prevent issues.
• Convert approved decisions into field-wide implications for adoption.
• Establish and maintain a structured system of record for field evidence and decisions.

• Experience in pricing and packaging, commercial strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, deal desk, solutions engineering, or customer success.
• Direct experience working with customer-facing teams and interpreting feedback.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and form clear recommendations.
• Strong commercial judgment and evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a cross-functional environment.

Pay range: $163K - $263K
