Product Manager, Compliance

- Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine.
- Launch and scale ACE to market adoption across asset issuers and DeFi protocols.
- Enable compliant issuance, identity management, and policy enforcement for onchain financial products across jurisdictions.
- Drive adoption of CLL product stack by embedding complementary Chainlink offerings into a unified compliance platform.
- Establish Chainlink as the default infrastructure provider for onchain compliance and identity at institutional scale.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience building onchain compliance products as a product manager.
- Led digital asset products spanning traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocols.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for digital assets across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with end-to-end product ownership including strategy and execution.
- Ability to partner with engineering teams on complex blockchain-based systems.
- Track record of representing product vision and progress with senior stakeholders.
