Product Owner, D365 Finance & Operations

• Lead BAU operations day-to-day, acting as the primary D365 SME for business-as-usual.
• Own the D365 product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives.
• Plan and lead future implementation phases, including scoping and rolling out additional D365 modules.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions and configure D365 to meet business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by delivering new features and enhancements in the D365 environment.
• Collaborate with the Wellbeing Collective D365 teams through shared communities of practice.
• Ensure ongoing compliance of Nutrafol's D365 instance with AFCF and ICF control frameworks.
• Serve as the go-to D365 expert for Finance and SC/Ops functions.
• Oversee ongoing change management, including communications and training for new features.
• Manage vendor relationships with third-party delivery partners and support teams.

• 8+ years in a Business Analyst / Technical Product role with understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• 4+ years of hands-on D365 implementation experience, particularly across Supply Chain/Operations and Finance.
• Experience supporting a D365 environment in BAU, stabilization, and multi-phase rollouts.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models and CPG sales functions.
• Highly collaborative with natural stakeholder management skills, communicative and influential.
• Ability to articulate a strategic vision and define a product roadmap for the D365 platform.
• Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Pay range: $130K - $145K
