Property Operations Lead

• Act as the on-site facilitator during guests' stay in New Orleans.
• Support efficient and successful operations for the New Orleans market portfolio.
• Interact with guests face to face, providing assistance and recommendations.
• Ensure all public spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Plan and strategize for next-day operations.
• Host guest engagement events.

• Think like an owner, taking accountability for all facets of unit/building performance.
• Proficient with modern technology tools.
• Comfortable with using a toolkit for minor repairs and maintenance.
• Establish and implement streamlined processes.
• Reliable in arrival to work on time and willing to work nights and weekends.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership and peers.
• Approach problem resolution with confidence, empathy, and creativity.
• Support change management efforts to implement new processes, tools, or technology.
• Execute established processes with precision.
• Requires regular access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Pay range: $19 - $21p/h
