Property Operations Lead

• Overseeing guest experiences during their stay at The Davis location.
• Conducting regular in-person inspections to ensure public spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Collaborating with Kasa teams and partners to drive results and improvements.
• Identifying, prioritizing, and executing cost-effective property improvements.
• Visiting and assessing units to complete recurring property management tasks.
• Replacing broken items and liaising with housekeeping partners and service vendors.
• Stocking supplies and providing support for lockouts, last-minute requests, and guest issues.
• Participating in the preventative maintenance program and brand standard inspections.
• Communicating on-site issues and maintaining supply inventory levels.

• Proficient with modern technology tools and capable of using them effectively for daily work.
• Comfortable using a toolkit for common minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to establish and implement streamlined processes for high quality standards.
• Reliable and willing to work nights and weekends as required.
• Experience in effective collaboration with leadership and peers.
• Problem-solving skills with confidence, empathy, and creativity.
• Supports execution of change management for new processes, tools, or technology.
• Requires regular access to a reliable vehicle for work, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record with proof of insurance.

Pay range: $28 - $30p/h
