PSYPACT Licensed DBT Therapist - DBT Doctoral - Telehealth

• Provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video to adult clients.
• Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.
• Attend weekly consultation team meetings and one-on-one consultation meetings with an expert DBT team lead.
• Co-lead DBT skills groups with other DBT providers.
• Engage in trainings to enhance clinical skills.

• PSYPACT eligible, with preference for current PSYPACT authorization.
• PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited graduate program.
• Formal didactic training in DBT required.
• Minimum one year experience providing comprehensive DBT.
• DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with high risk behaviors including suicidal ideation and self-injury.
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred.
• Computer and live video tools literacy.

Pay range: $98K - $126K
