Regional Campaigns Director

• Persuades affiliate and local PP organizations in building, adapting, and managing proactive and defensive campaigns
• Works with affiliates to create new centers of state power and influence
• Leads collaboration between local PP organizations and PPFA departments to develop and conduct multi-year campaigns
• Adapts national office resources for local, state, and regional use
• Conducts strategic planning with local PP organizations to support an expanded Planned Parenthood health care footprint
• Provides direct legislative, organizing, advocacy, and other campaign support
• Works as a team player in a high-pressure work environment
• Contributes to national and affiliate development of comprehensive organizing strategies & long term planning
• Serves as the 'Owner' for cross divisional special projects assigned as needed
• Ensures the successful implementation of the strategic plan by providing campaign and organizing expertise and technical support
• Builds the capacity of affiliates to create meaningful organizing programs to defend reproductive health care

• At least 7 years of related advocacy and electoral campaign experience in organizing and management is required
• At least 3 years experience as a regional/multi-state campaign manager or director
• Impeccable organization and strong familiarity with project management software tools
• Excellent diplomatic judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Track record of creating and maintaining strong work relationships with a diverse set of colleagues
• Must be able to motivate and lead teammates and colleagues who are not direct reports
• Unimpeachable judgment and professional integrity
• Strong communicator who can show progress towards goals
• Applies a strong race equity lens and experience in project management design
• Working knowledge of voter databases (specifically VAN) is preferred
• Ability to incorporate resilience best practices into project plans

Pay range: $105K - $110K
