  • Lead the NY Metro region across all segments with full ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, team development, strategic execution, and partner strategy.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise & Major Account Executives.
  • Elevate performance of team members to become President’s Club winners.
  • Build a bench of future leaders.
  • Lead strategy and execution across large, complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Navigate and win within highly complex buying environments.
  • Partner with Global Systems Integrators and security channel partners to accelerate deals.
  • Drive net-new logo penetration across the region and expand existing accounts.
  • Position Saviynt’s platform as mission-critical.
  • Build a predictable revenue engine and execute disciplined strategies across pipeline and forecasting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Experience

  • Proven sales leader experience with a history of outperforming in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • 4+ years leading teams in Strategic/Majors segments.
  • Experience working with GSIs and security channel ecosystems.
  • Strong network across enterprise customers and partners in the region.
  • Known for developing top talent.
  • Experience in winning large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Analytical and operationally rigorous.
  • Comfortable with setting strategy and closing deals.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $220K - $250K
