Renewals Specialist - West Coast

  • Manage the full renewal cycle, engaging customers 90–120 days out to navigate terms and lock-in commitments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional consensus between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities in standard renewals.
  • Maintain Salesforce data to flag churn risks early and provide pipeline transparency.
  • Negotiate with enterprise customers to ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and contractual obligations.

Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
  • Comfortable with negotiation and influencing decision-makers.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to navigate shifting priorities.
  • Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across regions and bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.
