• Generate a strong pipeline of leads and help convert them into closed deals, leading the process end-to-end
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market and at prospective companies
• Become a product expert and help customers use CoinTracker effectively; assist prospects through evaluation, onboarding, and on an ongoing basis
• Channel the voice of customers to the product team to shape the roadmap
• Manage a strong team-member and drive their growth to the next phase
• Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from start to finish — including pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
• Maintain long-term relationships while generating near-term revenue results
• Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling and a deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs
• Travel biweekly or monthly to meet with partners across the U.S. and globally
• Collaborate with product and engineering to advocate for partner needs
• Run effective demos that align with business outcomes
• Coach and develop skills of team members
• Set vision and goals that align with cross-functional stakeholders

Pay range: $280K - $320K
