  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly team sales revenue targets.
  • Drive the team to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Provide in-depth coaching through deal reviews with methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Deliver precise and reliable monthly and quarterly team sales forecasts.
  • Maintain a positive, people-first culture.
  • Continuously coach the sales team on advanced sales methodologies.
  • Manage individual and team performance regularly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional leaders and teams to support sales priorities.
  • Guide reps in developing comprehensive territory plans.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new sales talent.
  • Serve as a conduit for market feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate CRM usage for pipeline management.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct sales experience within the K12 education market.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Experience managing teams to a collective quota of $5M+ annually.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience selling into large Enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast accurately.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Understanding of K12 procurement processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $220K - $240K
