Sales Strategy & Operations, Senior Analyst

• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on weekly sales forecast outputs, identifying over/under-performing channels and supporting territory planning.
• Drive analyses, frame business problems, and communicate actionable insights with a bias towards execution.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring problems, implementing solutions, and measuring impact.
• Perform ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations.
• Manage bulk uploads for campaign management, task management, and recycled lead initiatives.
• Coordinate with StratOps teammates to improve sales organization systems and processes.

• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and best practices.
• Experience in sales forecasting, Salesforce reporting and analysis, and executive communication/data synthesizing.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Collaborative, strategic mindset with a focus on revenue optimization.
• Startup and SaaS background preferred.
• Must be located in either Pacific or Mountain time zone.

Pay range: $105K - $115K
