  • Own aspects of the Salesforce instance related to sales, customer success, and support.
  • Optimize sales motions and customer experience by enhancing tools, processes, and data.
  • Design, configure, and deploy solutions in the Salesforce instance and other tools.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, sprint items, hot fixes, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Serve as a functional owner of Salesforce Sales, Service, and CPQ components.
  • Understand business needs and transform these into functional and technical requirements.

Experience

  • 2+ years experience managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives.
  • Administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and CPQ.
  • Experience in workflow rules, advanced formulas, release management, and data migration.
  • Ability to manage projects from scoping to deployment.
  • Capability to learn new systems and tools.
  • Quality assurance skills to ensure work is free of issues.
  • Optional: Experience with Outreach, Gainsight, FormAssembly, Highspot.
  • Optional: Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Administrator, or Service Cloud certifications.
