  • Drive revenue growth by owning individual targets and ensuring accurate team forecasting.
  • Strategize against deadlines and navigate evolving priorities.
  • Build consultative relationships with mid-level or executive client contacts.
  • Drive client engagements by leading partner calls, managing touchpoints, and capturing follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain partner deliverables such as campaign performance and analytics requests.
  • Own campaign-level decisions within pod strategy, escalating broader risks.
  • Manage onboarding of new clients and brands, campaign setup, and coordinate materials.
  • Directly manage inputs for campaign setup and programming using standardized workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams to track, troubleshoot, and optimize client performance.
  • Strategize with sales counterpart leveraging AI-assisted insight generation.
  • Ensure timely reporting for clients to guide budget allocation.
  • Translate data and performance trends into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Prepare meeting materials such as wrap reports and QBR decks.
  • Manage revenue actualizations and billing processes.
  • Utilize sales-enablement, AI, and automation tools to increase efficiency.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales support, or a related field.
  • Direct industry experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
  • Experience supporting renewals, upsells, and client growth conversations.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments.
  • Direct client vertical experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with decision-support or automation platforms is preferred.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $95K - $131K
