Senior AI Automation Engineer - LATAM (Remote)

- Build automations using low-code/no-code iPaaS and RPA tools, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Rapid prototyping and delivery of solutions through lightweight proofs of concept.
- Leverage APIs to connect platforms and extend capabilities.
- CRM integration and enhancement with tools like Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Data structuring and manipulation to ensure clean outputs in automations.
- Systems improvement through minor configuration changes and upgrades.
- Testing and QA to validate solutions and build guardrails for execution.
- Documentation and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability of automations.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in an automation role or similar in a high-growth environment.
- Deep experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato).
- Technical familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into workflows.
- Fluency with modern APIs and structured data (e.g., JSON, XML).
- Proficient in designing workflows with complex logic and time-based automations.
- Strong written communicator and systems collaborator.
- Understanding of data normalization and sync strategies.
- Familiarity with databases and data modeling (e.g., Airtable, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of modern integration patterns and authentication protocols.
