Senior Analyst, Fraud and AML

• Triage incoming fraud and AML alerts, prioritizing by member impact and potential loss
• Own the health of alert and case queues, ensuring timeliness and quality
• Work on alerts and cases across fraud and AML, including account takeover and money mule activity
• Track turnaround targets and conduct quality checks on case decisions
• Investigate complex, multi-account cases and prepare SAR referrals
• Escalate cases to bank and brokerage partners as needed
• Review rule and control performance to propose specific tuning proposals
• Flag emerging fraud and AML patterns early
• Support Bank Secrecy Act and AML compliance
• Help prepare for independent testing and bank partner audits
• Work with product, engineering, operations, and data colleagues to improve controls

• 4+ years of experience in fraud operations with AML compliance
• Hands-on experience in fraud triage
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to spot data patterns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: Industry certifications like CAFS, CAMS, CFCS, or CFE
• Preferred: Experience supporting independent testing or regulatory exams

Pay range: $100K - $125K
