Senior Analytics Engineer

• Build and scale data systems transforming product metrics to patient engagement and care outcomes insights.
• Architect and develop robust analytics pipelines for actionable insights.
• Create self-service reporting tools, business dashboards, and customer-facing analytics.
• Develop foundational infrastructure for Healthie's analytics platform, Visualize.
• Enable data-driven decisions across Healthie and partner healthcare organizations.

• 5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience.
• Strong skills in SQL and data pipeline development.
• Proficiency with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Metabase.
• Knowledge of Python or Ruby for data processing and automation.
• Experience in building production-grade analytics systems for external customers.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Focus on data quality, privacy, and compliance, including healthcare standards like HIPAA.
• Skills in data testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Experience with healthcare analytics or BI tools is a plus.

Pay range: $180K - $200K
