Lead the industry strategy team, including Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence, and Industry Standards.
Manage all operations, P&L, invoicing, planning, and performance management of the industry strategy team.
Contribute, research, write, and present specific identity and access management content including market trends and competitive dynamics.
Drive and manage all industry strategy content for the assigned market segments.
Establish and lead a world-class Competitive Intelligence program for the assigned market segments.
Author, edit, and publish high-impact thought leadership reports, competitive analysis, and industry position papers.
Deliver presentations, including keynote speaking at internal and external events.
Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and work towards solutions.
Communicate effectively with and influence key stakeholders for strategic alignment and go-to-market initiatives.

Experience

10-17 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence in cybersecurity or identity and access management.
Proven experience as a subject matter expert in identity and access management.
Experience in IGA, PAM, Access Management or NHI is a differentiator.
Proven experience as a team leader or manager.
Proven experience in managing Analyst Relations programs and achieving report placements.
Ability to write and publish in-depth reports, analysis, or strategic content.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Experience driving large initiatives from problem framing to execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills with senior executives.
Strong influencing skills; able to build and drive teams.
Self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment.
Master of Business Administration strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject appreciated.
