Senior Product Marketing Manager, Data, APIs & Workflows

  • Craft clear, differentiated positioning for our Data, API, and Workflow offerings.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions for data teams, product managers, CTOs, and marketing ops.
  • Own go-to-market planning and execution for Data, API, and Workflow product releases.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure internal readiness and external awareness.
  • Build enablement assets including battlecards, slides, one-pagers, and FAQs.
  • Partner with Enablement to train Sales and CSMs on our Data, API, and orchestration capabilities.
  • Work with Product Management to influence roadmap storytelling and identify narratives across various use cases.
  • Research customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain updated landscape analysis and battlecards.
  • Support VoC efforts and conduct interviews to gather feedback on product-market fit, differentiation, and adoption blockers.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally with 2+ years focused on APIs, data platforms, workflow automation, or technical/embedded products.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling, value-based narratives for both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated success supporting go-to-market launches and driving product adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience developing messaging frameworks.
  • Comfortable working across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, persona development, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, GTM platforms, or B2B automation solutions is a plus.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $151K - $227K
