Senior Project Manager (Full-time) in (CT, NJ, NY)

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams and manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in a high degree of client and internal team member satisfaction
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes
• Create and maintain a project schedule including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
• Proactively monitor, communicate, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk
• Serve as an advocate for the project team, ensuring they are empowered and have the information needed to successfully create and deliver an excellent end product
• Communicate (written and verbal) effectively and facilitate communication amongst the multidisciplinary project teams and client stakeholders
• Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on
• Adjust how information is communicated to various audiences
• Resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner

• BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting
• A strong digital DNA with experience in digital marketing and AOR work
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms and web technologies
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns involving cross-functional teams
• Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 10 or more people
• Managed distributed or remote team members
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Experience delivering digital-marketing projects with a focus on campaign, social and media work
• Proven communication, organizational skills and a focused attention to detail
• Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Google Sheets, Basecamp, Monday and Slack or equivalent tool for software development
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus

Pay range: $85K - $105K
