Senior Sales Engineer - Great Lakes

• Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions.
• Effectively communicate solution value to business and technical audiences.
• Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and customer support.
• Collaborate with sales and global bid team members to respond to prospective customer inquiries from an RFx.
• Assist with the curation of RFx responses and collaborate with product management.
• Communicate with sales directors and management to prioritize and manage opportunities.
• Provide solution feedback and competitive intel to product management, strategy, and marketing teams.
• Coach Solutions Engineers on various functions including demonstration, RFP responses, and POC management.
• Travel domestically up to 40%.

• Minimum of five years previous Solutions Engineering experience in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, or Privileged Access Management.
• Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of common Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area, or equivalent technical certifications.
• Domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
• Strong business and technical document creation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional listening and relationship skills.
• Proficiency in presentation and group facilitation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay range: $180K - $221K
