Senior Strategic Project Manager

• Execute strategic initiatives that meet specific selection criteria such as CEO and/or Executive Team priorities, multi-quarter transformations spanning 3+ functions, and material to company metrics or business model.
• Design and maintain project management infrastructure, including detailed project plans and timelines, status reporting and dashboards, risk and dependency tracking, and meeting management and documentation.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to drive project success, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines, clear ownership and accountability, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining momentum toward objectives.
• Build scalable project management capability through template creation and refinement, best practice documentation, knowledge transfer mechanisms, and process improvement recommendations.

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Track record of successfully managing company-level, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across senior stakeholders, including VPs+.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellence in project infrastructure creation and maintenance.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies (preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience with transformation or change initiatives (preferred).
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Pay range: $138K - $195K
