  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive web strategy roadmap aligned with company goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for all website initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable website strategies.
  • Serve as project lead for website redesigns, migrations, page builds and new feature implementations.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and task assignments using tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and proactively develop solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables for external agencies or freelancers.
  • Track and analyze key website performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead A/B testing program and UX assessments to improve user experience and site performance.
  • Design and execute Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and strategic initiatives for transparency and continuity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between marketing stakeholders and design teams for web initiatives.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment between creative and technical contributors to ensure cohesive digital experiences.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital project management, or website operations.
  • Proven success managing website projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO best practices, and content management systems (e.g., Webflow, Drupal, Wordpress).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Amplitude).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and web compliance (WCAG, GDPR).
  • Background in digital marketing, digital analytics, UX, CRO, and/or content strategy.

Pay range: $125K - $145K
