  • Collaborate on various system integration initiatives, encompassing Workday and other interconnected systems.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
  • Integrate Workday with third-party global payroll and benefit providers.
  • Configure integration security measures for robust data protection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production efficiently.
  • Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT.
  • Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives, translating business requirements into system requirements and advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
  • Engage with internal business users, demonstrating system changes and addressing relevant business needs.
  • Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring efficient organization and communication.
  • Contribute to other assigned projects and tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM and third-party payroll and benefit vendors.
  • 4+ years of experience within or supporting Human Resources, Financial, or similar.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in developing Workday inbound and outbound integrations, including Studio, PECI, EIB, RaaS, and Web Service.
  • Developing Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Working with Workday Studio and Object Transporter (OX 2.0).
  • Essential knowledge of XML and XSLT for interaction with SOAP and REST-based web services.
  • Proven experience managing and ensuring the seamless integration of Workday and vendor systems.
  • Experience using Jira and Google Suite of Office Products.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in high-tech, SaaS industries, Workday Integration Certifications, Agile HR Systems mindset, skilled at building consensus, excellent project management skills, and highly organized.
