What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative at Societ, you will:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and effectively communicating Societ’s value proposition.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and optimize the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights to potential clients.

Experience

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales.
  • Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and persuasive selling techniques.
  • A proven track record of managing a sales pipeline, meeting quotas, and closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize leads effectively.
  • Tech-savviness, including proficiency with Google Suite, CRM systems, and process automation.
  • The ability to understand business needs and match them with tailored solutions.
