Solutions Engineer II

• Develop best-practice configurations and solution designs that meet the technical requirements of each customer’s program or deployment.
• Set up, develop, configure, and test all technical assets according to project scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with LivePerson Product and R&D teams to build feature extensions that support brand and customer needs.
• Identify relevant use cases for LivePerson capabilities and deploy enhancements into customer accounts.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert across the full suite of LivePerson solutions, features, and technical offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor by guiding customers on how to apply LivePerson technical solutions.
• Manage customer technical assets, including APIs, integrations, widgets, and code.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Support and lead activities that advance key strategic initiatives.
• Optimize and share best practices and lessons learned.
• Assist LivePerson partners by providing technical enablement.

• BS or BA degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years managing the SaaS software solutions within Enterprise client organizations.
• Experience with frontend or backend development is a plus.

Pay range: $91K - $124K
