Sr. Director Retail Education & Events

• Design and facilitate brand education materials with a focus on elevating consumer experiences and building brand loyalty.
• Integrate education initiatives across various channels to create a consistent learning experience.
• Develop education and event strategies to improve retail initiatives.
• Oversee sourcing and execution of TOA’s and event collaterals.
• Manage budget and financial tracking for all events and education spend.
• Act as the retail education voice in partnerships with Sales and Marketing.
• Communicate market activity and competitive intelligence.
• Stay current on beauty industry education trends.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in retail education, preferably with a hair or wellness brand.
• Experience creating educational content for a retail brand within Ulta or Sephora.
• Clear understanding of the critical path from development to execution.
• Content creation experience producing high-quality internal and consumer facing education and event programs.
• Strong commercial instincts and organizational/time management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and people skills.
• Proficient with computer skills including MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% across the US.

Pay range: $180K - $200K
