  • Build trusted relationships with executives and managers, ensuring PX strategy is aligned to business outcomes
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with leaders to track progress, reset priorities, and anticipate future needs
  • Shape organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies that prepare Fetch for scale
  • Guide managers through performance management, OKR setting, and development planning to strengthen accountability and growth
  • Use data, metrics, and AI-enabled insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence leadership action
  • Navigate employee relations with discretion and clarity, balancing business risk with employee trust
  • Design and deliver initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability
  • Collaborate with the broader PX team to align people programs and processes with business priorities

Experience

  • 8+ years of broad HR experience in complex or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to connect business goals to people strategies that drive results
  • Expertise in performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, including with executives
  • Sound judgment and discretion in sensitive or high-stakes matters
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and AI-enabled tools to guide decisions
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (UKG, Greenhouse, Lattice, Culture Amp) is a plus

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $165K - $215K
