  • Be the Hub of Innovation: Collaborate with Product Management, Field CTOs, and Sales Leadership to create winning sales strategies.
  • Own the Sandbox: Manage demos, instances, and scripts to empower engineers in prospect meetings.
  • Drive Measurable Impact: Define KPIs and enhance technical sales win rates.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical enablement within the identity space.
  • Ability to explain deep-tier technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Experience in building enablement programs and using LMS/enabling platforms to scale them.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a solid understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.
