Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions.
Effectively communicate solution value to business and technical audiences.
Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and customer support.
Collaborate with sales and global bid team to respond to customer inquiries.
Assist global bid team and collaborate with product management in RFx responses.
Work proactively and independently to manage top regional opportunities.
Provide solution feedback and competitive intel to product management.
Coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, and presentations.
Up to 60% domestic travel.

Experience

Minimum of five years previous Solutions Engineering experience.
Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI.
In-depth knowledge of common Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
Good knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Cloudformation.
Bachelor's degree in information systems or related area or equivalent knowledge.
Domain expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, Cloud Security.
