Supply Chain Analyst, D365 ERP (Contract)

• Monitor and process daily inventory transactions, including goods receipts, warehouse transfers, inventory production adjustments and finished good receipts to ensure system accuracy.
• Ensure every batch record is produced for all sites for all bulk and packaged goods.
• Reconcile cycle counts and physical inventory checks, investigating the root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Create and maintain routine reports on all inventory to ensure transactions have posted appropriately and there are no discrepancies.
• Audit 'master data' to prevent downstream errors in procurement and production.
• Work cross functionally with planning, CMOs, quality and OPS to reconcile completed batches and transact them to completion in the ERP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position.
• Basic understanding of inventory modules in D365 F&O ERP.
• High proficiency with Excel tools such as PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Familiarity with SQL or Power BI is preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Pay range: $35 - $40p/h
