- Long-Term Planning (Rolling 12-15 months) - Update monthly MRP file
- Reconcile inventory and ensure data accuracy with all supplier and manufacturer inventory and movement reports.
- Reconcile and adjust production based on supplier feedback.
- Determine and maintain optimal safety stock and reorder parameters.
- Determine long-term outlook for dual sourced components and component vendor changes.
- Identify and troubleshoot any risks with the supplier.
- Manage and own total inventory $s and DOH landing month over month to achieve targets.
- Short-Term Planning (Rolling 3 months) - Monitor material availability and proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Develop a tracker for component shortages and create shipment schedules.
- Identify risks in supporting short-term plans and provide feedback to manufacturers.
- Drive priorities with suppliers based on business needs and production schedules.
- Optimize shipments to limit warehousing and freight costs.
- Work with manufacturer and raw material planner to determine bulk availability risks.
- Vendor Management: Partner with suppliers to manage lead times, capacity, and continuity of supply.
- Work with vendors to improve reporting.
- Manage and track rebates for component vendors.
- Inventory management: Track component inventory health and resolve quality issues on components.
- Launches, Reformulations, Renovations: Support artwork changes, reformulations, and packaging transitions.
- Manage FG code changes, BOM changes, and new launch integration.
- S&OP: Support S&OP processes with supply insights and scenario planning.
- Review fluctuations in demand and validate demand with the demand planning team.
- Data and Process Optimization: Analyze planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain master data accuracy in ERP and MRP.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., Engineering, Finance)
- 5+ years of direct experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing within an eCommerce/DTC/CPG brand
- Minimum of 1–3 years in a supervisory or management capacity, including hiring, training, and coaching team members
- ERP Systems: Deep working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software such as SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced Office Suite: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
Salary and Perks
Pay range: $105K - $120K
