Tax Analyst - North America

• Prepare and submit all reports connected with Remote VAT, Sales and Use Tax obligations in US and Canada
• Ensure accuracy of ERP data and liaise with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams
• Analyze invoices to ensure compliance with local tax law and request corrections
• Support the team in dealing with public entities like Tax and Statistical authorities
• Follow up, maintain, review, and reconcile tax accounts
• Preparation and filing of VAT and Sales and Use Tax claims
• Support preparation and filing of tax registrations worldwide
• Assist with ad hoc research and projects including expansion into new countries and tax treatment of new operations
• Monitor changes in tax law in several jurisdictions
• Support tax advisors in preparing US Direct tax filings to ensure compliance

• Experience working in a Tax department, preparing and filing tax returns
• SAP experience (not mandatory)
• Bachelor’s or master degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Management or similar
• Chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CTA, CPA or similar) is highly valued
• Team-player, good organization skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment
• Fluent in English

Pay range: $62K - $78K
