UAS Test Pilot

• Test hardware, pilot drones, and support logistics to enhance DFR capabilities.
• Ensure reliability and performance of drone systems.
• Provide critical insights and improvements for technology.
• Contribute to testing write-ups and generate reports based on testing data.
• Conduct on-site work in Atlanta, GA with up to 25% domestic travel.

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Knowledgeable in FAA Regulations and Safety Protocols.
• Experience in Drone Operations, preferably in experimental UAS development.
• Proficient in piloting various drone models and UAV technology.
• Experience with Drone Hardware and Software Testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with ability to convey technical information.
• Physical stamina: stand for extended periods, lift up to 55 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors (estimated 25% travel).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
• Customer-focused mindset to support internal and external stakeholders.

Pay range: $70K - $97K
