  • Own the execution of Ads Assist campaigns, ensuring they launch accurately, on time, and without errors that could impact customer trust.
  • Act as the bridge between AdOps and ACS, collaborating closely with the Ads Strategist to translate campaign strategy into execution.
  • Join customer calls to answer basic platform, creative, or campaign questions, while escalating strategic discussions to the appropriate partner.
  • Maintain extreme responsiveness to customer and campaign deadlines—dropping lower-priority tasks when necessary to ensure on-time launches.
  • Support overflow work such as pulling avails, reporting, QA, and campaign monitoring when bandwidth allows.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build a strong foundation for career growth, with opportunities to advance into Ads Assist strategy roles or post-sales ACS positions, depending on business needs.

Experience

  • Background in AdOps, digital advertising, agency execution, or in-house campaign management, with a passion for bringing campaigns to life.
  • Exceptionally responsive and organized—you thrive under pressure and are comfortable adjusting priorities in real time.
  • Personable and customer-facing, with the ability to confidently join calls and answer execution-related questions.
  • A collaborative teammate who works seamlessly with strategists, AdOps, and post-sales teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable—you’re excited to shape a brand-new role and contribute to a high-growth company initiative.
  • Motivated by growth and learning, with interest in expanding into strategy or account management roles over time.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $95K - $95K

  • Up to 100% paid premiums for Medical and Vision coverage.
